畢業于加拿大溫哥華英屬哥倫比亞省大學電子 電腦工程學系.，戴先生擁有20年的資訊科技工商管理 經驗。他曾受聘於多間日本及美國上市公司(包括 ORACLE, MICROSOFT, SUN MICROSYSTEMS, EPSON, Jardine) 為產品及市務等管理階層。工作性質包括亞太區及大中華區產品推廣、銷售培訓、新聞發佈、廣告及客戶推銷等等。除了專業知識外，他亦追求個人全面發展。他的專長還包括溝通技巧、領導才能、激勵、卓越銷售提升、人際關係管理、個人輔導、心理分析、家庭系統排列、身心語言程式學、催眠治療、原型性格系統及創造金錢。他觀察入微，善於剖析人心，能把個人及企業潛能推至更高境界。
