Overcoming your self-limiting beliefs alone can be difficult. It\u2019s challenging to let go of those types of thoughts, especially since they\u2019re so ingrained in how you see yourself.<\/p>

If you want to get past your self-limiting beliefs but are struggling to do it on your own, hiring a life coach can make all the difference. I have a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the University of Yaounde II in Cameroon, where I worked for two years as a lawyer. I am the holder of a certificate in Journalism from the Anadolu News Academy in Turkey.

\nBefore being a life coach, I have served as a journalist and communications professional, I worked with News Agencies and International organizations such as Anadolu Agency, Renux Media, The African Center for Advocacy, and Brankia.
