The Story about Coaching.....

My name is Kerwin Ho. I am a Corporate Trainer and Young Leadership Coach

I am now striving for promoting the concept of Multi-Generation collaboration, through coaching and applied psychology in “Down-to-earth” training and practical approaches. My training platform, “Mirror Mind”, aims to enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness and become the “Mirror” for bringing corporate growth and self-improvement, by bridging the generation gap and self-awareness in the workplace, community and even in our daily life.

My Training Experience

Kerwin has over 13 years experiences in the training field. With his rich experiences in retail industry, he won both Services & Courtesy Awards, Service Retailers of the Years (Mystery Shopper Programme) in 3 years continuously for his previous employer, Sidefame Limited. He won Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) "Customer Service Grand Award" Winner in 2016 by his tailor-made training project “Knit-It-Up”, who was invited by Hong Kong Retail Management Association as guest speaker for sharing his success behind the service training project. Kerwin devoted his effort in applied psychology and coaching applications to business to maximize personal and corporate performance, including Coaching Leadership, Customer Service Excellence, Multi-Generational Collaboration, Consultative Selling and 360 Presentation Skills, etc.

Kerwin have been invited by ViuTV Programme Startup Theory “創業軍師“ to share his expertise in Young Leadership Training and his platform: “Mirror Mind New Generation Academy”, he is also a articles writer in leading HR Magazine – RECRUIT, to share his expertise in management skills and millennials trends.


My Academic and Professional Qualifications

Kerwin hold a bachelor degree in Human Resources Management (University of Northumbria), he is a Certified NLP Trainer, NLP Coach, Technical Committee and Consultant, Manpower Developer Award Scheme (ERB), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System – Lead Auditor (CQI & IRCA).

Though his consultancy projects and training skills, he won various awards in related industries for his former employer / clients, including 2019 Hong Kong Call Center Association (HKCCA), 2016 Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Customer Service Grand Award, Trade and Industry Department (TID) & Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), 2013-2015 Service & Courtesy Award, Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), 2013-2015 Service Retailers of the Year, Mystery Shopper Programme, Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA).
